Super Admin Solutions LLC (“SAS,” “we,” “us”) operates realizemore.io. This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
This website collects information in exactly one place: the demo request form. When you submit it, we collect the name, facility name, work email address, and role you provide.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies on this site. We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.
Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) automatically logs standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser types as part of delivering and securing the site. We do not use these logs for marketing and do not combine them with form submissions.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to contact you about your demo request and about Realize. We do not sell, rent, or trade it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we store it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in any database on this website. The email is the only record.
Protected health information
This website is a marketing site. It is not part of the Realize application and is not intended to receive protected health information (PHI) or any patient data. Please do not submit patient information through this form. The Realize application itself is operated separately under HIPAA-compliant controls and appropriate business associate agreements.
Your choices
If you’d like us to delete the information you submitted, or you no longer want to hear from us, email hello@superadminsolutions.com and we’ll take care of it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to it or its deletion. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
